Terms of use
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms apply to solreceipts.com, operated by 20Vision GmbH, Anisgasse 30, 1220 Wien, Austria (business@20.vision).
1. What solreceipts does
solreceipts reads public data from the Solana blockchain and presents it as receipts, payment requests and statements. It is software, not a financial service: we never receive, hold, exchange or forward crypto-assets or money for you, and we cannot cancel, reverse or refund a blockchain payment.
2. Payment links
Payments made through a payment link go directly from the payer's wallet to the recipient's wallet. The person who creates a link is responsible for the wallet address, amount and details in it. Payers should only pay people they know and trust.
3. Receipts are records, not tax advice
Fiat values are indicative market prices from public sources and can differ from the rate you need to use. A receipt is a valid VAT invoice only if it contains every detail your country's law requires, which is the issuer's responsibility. Details added to a receipt by its holder are not verified by us. Nothing on this site is tax, legal or investment advice.
4. Paid statements
A full-year statement costs the price shown before checkout, including VAT. You pay by card or wallet through Stripe and receive an invoice by email. The purchase covers one wallet address and one calendar year; the download stays available for that combination.
Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. The statement is digital content delivered immediately. By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to deliver right away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the download is available (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 11 FAGG). If a statement can't be produced for technical reasons, email us and we will refund it.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep solreceipts accurate and available but depend on third-party networks and data sources. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage and, for paid statements, to the price paid. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use solreceipts to deceive others, for example by passing off a receipt for someone else's payment as your own, or to automate requests at a volume that disrupts the service.
7. Law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory protections of their country of residence remain. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is Vienna.
